Our expertise is in office fit-out, historic restoration, adaptive restoration in, but not limited to, libraries, museums, schools, churches, LEED construction, office buildings and government agencies.

Up until the year 2000, the firm was continuously owned and managed by members of the Cornell family. In 2000, Allen and Bill Cornell (fourth generation Cornell’s) sold the company to two of their long time company executives, who had been with the company for over 24 years. The company has continued to prosper under the new ownership and has experienced continuous growth.
