Work consisted of the renovation of 135,000 SF of office space on four floors. Construction also included, architectural removals; select mechanical and electrical demolition; installation of new drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, doors and millwork. Also, included was flooring, wall covering, and painting. The mechanical and electrical systems were revised and upgraded to suit the new layout requirements.
