Urban Engineers, Inc.

Fit-out of approximately 47,800 SF of office space for Urban Engineers was
completed in conjunction with the renovations of the upper floors project for
Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co. The capital improvements consisted of core and
shell renovations of approximately 80,000 SF. The base building renovations
primarily consisted of HVAC, electrical, and communication systems as well as
upgrades to the building envelope and lobbies.
The new office environment provided Urban Engineers with up-to-date offices
to accommodate various engineering departments and support areas.
