The work included removal of all interior finishes and the reconfiguration of interior frame and masonry partitions to create 13 medical office suites on three floors. Each floor includes a waiting area, a reception office and two new wheelchair accessible restrooms and four or five office suites. The entire building received new wall finishes, ceilings, flooring, doors frames, and hardware along with new millwork and casework.

The existing mechanical and electrical systems were replaced in their entirety. The gas heating and split system cooling equipment was replaced with energy efficient heat pumps with electric back –up.

The building’s electrical system was converted from two phase to three phase service with all new service equipment, wiring and devices. A new fire alarm system and new energy efficient light fixtures and controls were installed throughout the building.
