The
project included the construction of a period
correct music pavilion; replication of the
steel framed green house and conservatory;
and, conversion of all overhead utilities
to direct underground lines. Also included
was a major renovation to the sites storm
water management system, new street lights,
stone retaining walls, railings, pathways,
and the repaving of all streets and parking
areas. Inside the mansion wall, the deteriorated
asphalt and brick walkways were replaced
with stone pavers and architectural concrete
pads.
