Major structural alterations to construct Archival Library, Exhibit and Conference Center in an existing 1865 bank building. Work required substantial structural demolition in an occupied building and the installation of a new structural system to hang a new steel and glass mezzanine with curved steel glass and curved glass walls. Construct new toilet rooms with custom glass wall system including glass enclosed Seminar & Conference Rooms. Provide glass display walls, granite floors, and custom millwork. Provide all new museum quality mechanical & electrical systems to meet high humidity standards and exhibit level lighting.
