This project consist of restoration work, including the following components:  resetting of brick paving; masonry restoration; restoration of exterior woodwork; repairs to clay tile roofing; replacement of built-in water diverters and rain water conductors; new cold fluid-applied membrane roofing and flashing; window restoration; exterior paint stripping and repainting; structural repairs; and, interior plaster repairs.  Please note, the building was occupied during construction and the collections remained in place.  Also, the building remained open to the public during this work.
