Old St. Joseph's Church
The work consisted of installing two new steel box trusses to relieve the weight
on five existing wood roof trusses. Also included, was a new HVAC system, extensive
plaster repair, painting and carpeting.
Founded in 1733, it should be noted that this structure is the oldest Catholic
Church in the city of Philadelphia, and the goal of the project was to perform
all the work without altering the appearance of the existing church.
